  1. 1 Import a tour from a URL Paste a link to your tour page and Advance reads the dates, venues, and cities into a tour. The fastest way to get a whole run into the app.
  2. 2 CC your advance address Put your Advance address on the CC line once and every venue reply lands in your portal, parsed and ready to review.
  3. 3 Send your first day sheet Turn a reviewed show into a day sheet your whole touring party can act on: Slack, email, a printable PDF, or a no-login link.
  4. 4 Import from Master Tour Coming off Master Tour? Bring your dates over with the export you already have, or connect your Eventric API key and pick the tour.
  5. 5 Import a tour via CSV Already routing a run in a spreadsheet? Bulk-import every show into Advance from a CSV instead of forwarding advances one at a time.
  6. 6 Share a show with someone outside the band The limited link is the one you send an opener, the local crew, or the runner. What it hides, and when to send the full day sheet or a whole tour instead.
  7. 7 Who gets what: party, login access, and guests Adding someone to your touring party doesn't give them a login, and giving someone a login doesn't put them on the day sheet email. How the three groups work, and which one your drummer belongs in.
