Share a show with someone outside the band
The limited link is the one you send an opener, the local crew, or the runner. What it hides, and when to send the full day sheet or a whole tour instead.
Not everyone who needs your show details should see all of them. The opener wants load-in and the schedule. The local runner wants the day-of contact. Neither of them needs your hotel, your guest list, or where you’re driving in from at 6 AM.
Advance gives you three links. Picking the right one is most of the job.

None of them require a login, an account, or an app. You send a URL, they open it in whatever browser is on their phone. None of them show money. The guarantee, the deal, and the settlement stay out of all three.
What the limited link hides
Both show links open the same page. We strip the private fields out before we build the limited version, so they never reach the browser.
Both links show: venue name and address, the schedule, contacts, load-in details, parking, green room, Wi-Fi, food recommendations, and your additional notes.
Only the full day sheet shows:
- Departure time, where you’re leaving from, and departure notes
- The hotel: name, address, phone, confirmation numbers, check-in and check-out
- The guest list and your comp count
- The set list and set length
- Attachments
Hand an opener the limited link and they get everything they need to work the day with you, and nothing about where you’re sleeping.
Sending one
Open the show and click Share. Under Share a link, pick Day sheet (band and crew, full details) or Limited (openers and local crew).
On a phone, this opens your normal share sheet so you can drop the link straight into a text or an email. On a computer, it copies to your clipboard and tells you it did.
The page they open stays live. Change the set time an hour before doors and the link they already have shows the new time. You don’t resend anything.
Sharing a whole tour
For someone who needs more than one date, the tour page has its own Share button. It gives them a routing view of the whole run: the map, a date-by-date itinerary with venues and cities, the off-day hotels, and the crew list with tap-to-call numbers. Still no money.
One thing to know: a tour link shows more than a limited link. Tap into a date from the tour view and you get the full day sheet for that show, hotel and all. Send tour links to people you’d tell your hotel to, and individual limited links to everyone else.
Minting a tour link is admin-only.
Links expire
Guest links run out, on purpose.
- A show link lasts 14 days.
- A tour link lasts until 30 days after the last show on the tour.
When one expires, whoever opens it sees “This link is no longer active. Ask whoever shared it for a fresh one.” Hit Share again on the show or tour and you get a new link. There’s no revoke button, so a link sent to the wrong person dies on its own within two weeks rather than on demand.
