Share it

Get the whole band on the same page.

The day sheet, the guest list, the set list. Magic links for each that just work. No app to install, and it updates the moment anything changes.

Day sheet

For your touring party.

All the show info in one place. No one will ask what the green room wifi password is.

Guest list

For the venue.

Build your guest list in Advance and send the link to the venue. Last minute add? No worries, it updates automatically.

Set list

For the band.

Collaborate with your band to build the set and print it with one click.

Or don’t send it yourself. Advance can automatically send day sheet emails or push the details to Slack.

From the founder

“I built Advance so my bandmates would stop asking me what time soundcheck is.”

Pricing

Try a tour, or two, before you pay for Advance.

Your first 30 shows are free. No seat limits, no hidden upgrades. Paid plans start at $19/mo, and you can pause billing when you’re off the road.

Questions

Fair questions.

Do I need to change how I advance shows?

Not really. Advance the show over email with the venue like normally, and then send the thread to your Advance account to pull in all the details.

Does the venue need an account?

Nope, advance the show over email with the venue like normal, and then forward the thread to your account. The venue will not notice a thing, except that everyone is on time for load-in.

Do my bandmates need to pay?

No. One Advance account allows for unlimited seats.

What if the email is messy or full of old replies?

That’s the email it was built for. Advance reads the whole thread and extracts the important details.

Can I pause while I’m off the road?

On any paid plan, yes. Pause billing in the off-season, your shows and tours stay put, and you resume in one tap when shows start up again.

Forward your next advance to Advance.

No card, no enterprise setup, and no reason to rebuild the venue email by hand.
