Master Tour is $64.99 a month billed annually, and that is per editor seat, so a second person who needs to edit is a second license (Eventric’s published pricing, July 2026). Advance is $19 a month for the artist. Your crew, your band, and everyone you send a link to are free, because we charge per artist instead of per person.

Forward the advance thread to your Advance address. The schedule, contacts, parking, hospitality, and hotel come back filled in, and you review it before it becomes a show. Master Tour has no feature that parses advance emails, so today that is you and a keyboard.
Send a link. It opens on any phone, it updates when you change something, and the deal never leaves our server on that request. On Master Tour, crew and artists get free view-only accounts, and editing on mobile needs a paid seat plus manager permissions.

PDF day sheets, an HTML email that looks like the app, a Slack push, and a calendar feed your whole crew can subscribe to. Master Tour’s documented exports are a desktop CSV of tour details, print-to-PDF, and copy-to-clipboard on mobile.
They have been at this for decades and it shows in travel. Real-time flight tracking, TripIt import, and routing calculations are theirs; we do not track flights. Their guest list is deeper than ours: permission tiers, enforced ticket allotments, cutoff times, and list locking. They have template-driven tour books for multi-day runs, offline editing everywhere, and a mobile app under active development this year. If your tour lives and dies by air travel, they are the better tool.

A Tour Details CSV from File → Export is the cleanest. A day sheet PDF or a plain text export also works.
Paste your Master Tour API key and secret, and Advance lists the tours you can see. Pick one and it pulls that tour’s upcoming dates.
Advance fills in venue street addresses where it can, so the map and drive times work the moment the tour lands.
